On December 7-8, 2024, the BRIDGE to Equality project conducted its first police training under the second phase of the initiative. This two-day residential workshop aimed to foster inclusivity and promote awareness by enhancing police officers’ understanding of sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. It also focused on the legal framework surrounding the LGBTIQ community, marking a key step in advancing equality and legal education.
