Training on Human Rights Commission Sri Lanka (HRCSL)

The BRIDGE to Equality project took a significant step towards promoting inclusivity and awareness by hosting its first Human Rights Commission Sri Lanka (HRCSL) Training on January 20th and 21st, 2025. This two-day workshop, the first of its kind in the second phase of the project, brought together HRCSL officers to enhance their knowledge of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and the legal aspects surrounding the LGBTIQ community.

BRIDGE to Equality ව්‍යාපෘතිය එහි පළවැනි මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කොමිසම සඳහා පුහුණු වැඩසටහන 2025 ජනවාරි 20 සහ 21 යන දිනවල පවත්වන ලදී. මෙය BRIDGE ව්‍යාපෘතියේ දෙවන අදියරෙහි පළවන වැඩමුළුව වන අතර, මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කොමිසම සඳහා සිදු කරන ලද දින දෙකක නේවාසික පුහුණු වැඩමුළුවකි. LGBTIQ ප්‍රජාව වටා ඇති නීතිමය රාමුව සමඟ ලිංගික දිශානතිය, සමාජභාවය සහ සමාජභාවී ප්‍රකාශනය පිළිබඳ මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කොමිසමේ නිලධාරීන්ගේ අවබෝධය වැඩි දියුණු කිරීම මෙම වැඩමුළුවේ මූලික අරමුණ විය.
